DEIGHTON PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD AT ESCRICK VILLAGE HALL ON

MONDAY 24th MAY 2021 AT 7.00PM.

• Electors are invited to attend this meeting and raise any concerns, questions or suggestions they may have about the parish with the Parish Council.  Although chaired by the PC chairman, this is your meeting.

· Councillors, Public and Press present are requested to sign attendance book.

APM2109: Apologies: Council to receive any apologies from councillors.

APM2110: Welcome: Chairman to welcome Councillors and electors present at meeting. 

APM2111: To receive, discuss and resolve whether to accept minutes of last Annual Parish Meeting held on 15^th May 2019.  The annual meeting in 2020 was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Chairman to sign as a true record if approved.

APM2112: To receive a report of Parish Council activities during the year – to be given by Chairman.

APM2113:  Electors present at meeting to raise any queries or suggestions. For information; the Parish Council to take note of any points raised.

APM2114: Closure of APM.
